Shipping Info
All Lurène orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order being placed.
- Orders placed before 12pm Monday–Friday are processed the same business day
- Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase
- A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time.
To track your order:
- Check your inbox for your shipping confirmation email from Lurène
- Click the tracking link provided
- Enter your tracking number on the carrier's website
- Monitor your delivery status in real time
If you haven't received your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or visit our Contact Us page and we will be happy to help.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, please be aware of the following:
- Import duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged by your country's customs authority upon delivery
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping fee
- Lurène has no control over customs charges and cannot predict the amount
- We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order
Important Notes
Public Holidays Please note that orders will not be processed or dispatched on public holidays. This may add 1–2 additional business days to your delivery timeframe during holiday periods.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Lurène is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please visit our Contact Us page within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to make the necessary changes.
Failed Delivery Attempts If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your carrier will leave a notification card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect your parcel from a local pickup point.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. Please visit our Contact Us page if you have any concerns regarding an undeliverable package.
Lost or Damaged Orders
We take full responsibility for orders that are lost or damaged during transit.
If your order is lost:
- Visit our Contact Us page and provide your order number
- We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf
- If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund
If your order arrives damaged:
- Visit our Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item
- We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund
